Realisation of your individual solution
Design your ideal pressure measuring instrument with us – whether electronic, mechatronic or mechanical – WIKA offers an extensive selection. Naturally we also combine this, depending on the requirement, with the appropriate accessories (hook-up) or with a diaphragm seal for the most difficult of measuring tasks. This incorporates our experience from numerous implemented projects, through which we have proven solutions and components that we can draw on. As required, we will adapt our systems to your individual application or develop new ones.

As part of the customization process, WIKA is proud to be the only pressure gauge manufacturer to offer an instrument audit. Certified technical specialists from our FAST Instrument Audit program will thoroughly assess your plant to check for problems such as overpressure, pulsation, and vibration. These experts then recommend measures to correct these potential safety issues and optimize your processes.
Diaphragm seals
By using diaphragm seals, pressure measuring instruments can be adapted to even the most difficult of conditions. The multitude of designs and material combinations offered by us makes it possible to handle a very large range of pressures, also at extreme temperatures and with the widest variety of media. Alongside the standard materials, there are numerous special designs available for almost all instruments. Thus our diaphragm seals also find many uses in specific applications such as in sanitary applications or in hazardous areas.
